Chris, was very helpful and knowledgeable about what he does. As a first time homebuyer, I did not feel comfortable with ANYTHING. Chris was the best loan officer we've ever had (we have purchased 4 homes). He made the entire home buying process so easy! Chris was prompt in his replies, answered all of our (many) questions, presented different options for our mortgage, and was friendly and courteous throughout every single one of our interactions. He also came to our closing, which was great!

I am extremely satisfied with my recent experience with Tate. Any questions we had we were able to contact her directly and get immediate responses as she made herself available at all hours. Brian Picker at Southern Trust Mortgage was really wonderful to work with when I refinanced my home. He was very patient and helpful with all of my questions and extremely efficient in the process. I was impressed at how responsive he was throughout the experience. Brian provided detailed, yet easy to follow instructions and information.
