Working with Chris was a great experience from start to finish. Being fairly new to the investment real estate side of the industry, Chris provided extremely knowledgeable insight on what options there are and different paths to take for the end result that best suited my needs. Chris, was very helpful and knowledgeable about what he does. As a first time homebuyer, I did not feel comfortable with ANYTHING. Chris was the best loan officer we've ever had (we have purchased 4 homes). He made the entire home buying process so easy! Chris was prompt in his replies, answered all of our (many) questions, presented different options for our mortgage, and was friendly and courteous throughout every single one of our interactions. Alicia and her team made us feel top priority consistently throughout the entire process. Any questions we had we were able to contact her directly and get immediate responses as she made herself available at all hours.
