Southview's passion to treat pets with the best treatment possible is evident in the care given to our beloved dog, Jack. One week ago, my husband and I drove 3 hours one way to take our 2-year-old Wirehaired Pointing Griffon to Southview Animal Hospital in West St. Paul for a rhinoscopy. We've always taken our dogs here and they've treated them with care and affection. Even when we had to put our first dogs down they allowed us to grieve with them and say goodbye. Strongly recommend.

We had to put my sweet dog down. We were able to go inside. Very inviting inside, modern and cozy. They were very professional and made the process very peaceful. Highly recommend.

They were able to get my rotty in quickly! We were headed out of town, he had a very bad ear infection which they were able to handle with no problem. He had been quite testy over it, they had to sedate him. I think they did a great job! The other veterinarians in town were booked out! So thank you guys I appreciate the help with him. He helps me when we are on the trails, he hears people come up behind us! I don't hear well anymore!

I can't say enough great things about this hospital. Our cat got sick over the 4th of July weekend and no vets would or could see him. They all referred us to an after hours emergency line, but we would have to wait another 4 hours for the line to open and it was still not guaranteed that we could be seen quickly. We called about 20 clinics around town and then found Southview through an online search. They were kind from the start and told us to bring him in. Our dog had a medical emergency during the pandemic and our normal vet couldn't see him for days. We called Southview who happily saw us, gave detailed treatment OPTIONS instead of just recommending one, filled his medication and did it all quickly and safely. It was a bit of a drive for us but I would happily make them our normal vet if they were closer.

I have been taking all our animals (dogs, birds, and cats) to Southview for 20 years. I trust them implicitly. They have the best hours out there and they genuinely care for our animals and always have. Their prices are very fair, if not sightly less than the many quality vet offices, and I've lived in 4 different states and four different cities so I can confidently validate that statement. We were here in early March 2020 for our lab's vaccinations. The new facilities are new and so well designed. The staff is as warm, welcoming and knowledgeable with great communication skills as they have always been. They are efficient, and so very warm and comforting. We have been coming here for over 20 years and recommend it to every one we know. Thank you Southview Animal Hospital for keeping Lindy, Molly, Zeus and now Stella healthy. Southview Animal Hospital is hands down, the best clinic in the area. I live 45 minutes away and wouldn't go anywhere else. My dog just had knee surgery and the customer service is top notch. They are available around the clock and will always be available to help your pets.
