Dr. LaMotte and Dr. Foster.. First off I am only addressing Dr. Foster because he needs to know this so PLEASE PASS IT ON TO HIM AS WELL. How to thank you?? I love Southview Animal Hospital! Southview has brilliant Doctors, Technicians, Client Service Rep's and Support staff!! I have never seen a group of people love and care for pets and one another like they do!!

If your looking for a Vet to take your Fur Baby to this is the place. Everyone is so kind and treat you like family. The Vets really care about your pets. We bring all 4 of our dogs here and they get the best treatment, care and lots of LOVE. So Thank you Everyone at Southview for loving and caring for our fur babies.

I really enjoy the convenient location and the prices seem very reasonable for the area and competitors. For me we had an issue where I had purchased a puppy who we did not know needed special care for her entire life. The vet was fine talking to me about the dogs needs, through my tears, and explained what was needed for the dog to be happy and healthy. We have been going to Dr. Foster/Southview Animal Hospital for many years. He has taken care of many of my fur babies and I trust him and his colleagues completely. He diagnosed one of my dogs with liver shunt and then set it up to take care of it with a specialist at his clinic. When another of my babies was terminally ill and deteriorated quickly, he met us in the office in the middle of the night to make her comfortable. He wasn't even the vet on call that night! This is hands down THE BEST vet clinic I have ever been to. I've had dogs my entire life and always used the clinic in my hometown of Faribault. Once I met the owner Mike of Southview Animal Hospital and brought both of my dogs here, I'll gladly drive the 45 minutes here for their care. My Lhasa had a few teeth removed for a fraction of what my hometown vet wanted, and when my Shiba needed immediate care they got her in right away. Mike and all the staff at Southview have always been the best to us and our cats. I find it very hard to believe the review from Linda S on here on 3/6/2018 could be anywhere close to being true. This place will go out of there way to do what ever it takes to take care of your pets.

This is hands down the best Vet EVER!!!!!! My cat needed emergency surgery.. I called everywhere to see who could get him in. Every other vet said they were full. Southview however, accepted him even with a full schedule! They saved my cats life!!! Dr. Foster and his team are amazing! Will definitely be telling everyone about this place!!! Stuart says thank you Southview!!

As an update; the owner reached out to me to apologize and attempt to rectify this situation. He also explained the need for multiple vets and suggested asking again for the same vet upon return. I absolutely appreciate this effort and all the work he put in to reaching out. This speaks very highly of the owner and I hope it translates throughout the clinic.
