My husband had his truck serviced after three visits because they had to order a part for his 2013 Ford truck, that we bought at Dave Edwards in October of 2021. We were told at our first visit that we could come back any time, no appointment needed because the part was there. was very unprofessional and sold a car out from under someone who had already been approved to purchase. also tried to pressure her to finance through them instead of her personal bank!

If you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle, do NOT use Spartanburg Toyota! I have been looking to special order a 4Runner (because as you all know, new inventory is minimal). My ONLY request was that the vehicle be 4WD. Someone calls me yesterday to tell me that the vehicle I have ordered will be in today, and that they are willing to negotiate with MSRP. Just had the 2019 Camry recall done last week. The car smells so strong of gasoline I get a headache. I called service dept who said many people had same issue recommended I “drive withwindows down”
