I have never encountered a company less professional than this one. When we purchased our car, they explicitly promised us a free set of four replacement tires within the first 30,000 miles; yet, when we went in to claim this service, they claimed that such a benefit did not exist. I brought my car in because it was making a loud noise whenever I hit or go over a bump. I was told the issue was the struts, and I paid to have all 4 replaced. After spending that kind of money, I expected the problem to be fixed-but the noise was still there the moment I left. When I came back, instead of taking responsibility, I was told it was "just an aggravating noise the car is making." The technician messed up an we transmission and my air box, was told by maintenance director it wasn't their fault, it was responsibility to repair it. I will not take another car to them for any kind of service and hopefully no one else has this issue
