While I have purchased several vehicles from Dave Edwards that part remains great. Issue with Dave Edwards is the service department, gone down hill and still sinking. Last time they even managed to lose my keys and after 5-10 mins back and forth on the phone and being told it was impossible they finally asked me the tag color I had, I told them and after a pause he said the keys were there and someone had tagged them wrong. Wow!! Picked the wrong person to send a survey to- I have contacted the service department, the sales department and will be contacting my bank and the sheriffs office to file a report. I had 2 pair of glasses, 1 new, sitting in my center console facing up so they would not get scratched when I got out of my car. When I got back in, I reached for my sunglasses & both pair were gone. Took my car 2 weeks ago for a 25k service. They did a wheel rotation, My aftermarket wheels have hubcentric rings and whoever was working on it payed no attention and decided to FORCE 1 wheel with 2 hubcentric rings on, so that left 1 wheel put on WITHOUT the needed ring. The wheel that was forced on was basically sitting on like it had a spacer. So the lugnuts werent tightened all the way. Dave Edwards Toyota replaced the actuator in the drivers door on my 2013 Rav 4 in August 2018. In October 2020 my remote didn’t work so I attempted to use my key to manually unlock the door and it didn’t work. It wouldn’t unlock the door. That was the first time I had attempted to manually open my door with the key because I always use the remote. First I wanted to calm down before posting a review but I found that I’m just as upset today as yesterday. After test driving a car I made the comment that the car didn’t have all weather mats. Brad told me if I wanted the car he would include the mats. He told me he could order them and have them in on Monday. I made sure with him that the set would not cost me and should include the cargo mat. He agreed. Then came the trade in value for my car. We bought a car a few weeks back and have been trying to get a response back from the finance manager and even emailed the general manager and nobody will contact us back ! They are no help after you purchase a vehicle and not trust worthy!

My Salesman Ronnie Ray was awesome. The Mgr (young one) will try to screw you for their dollar from the bank on what they’ll make for the loan. I have excellent credit and they come back with a 7.1 apr. Seriously now?? Took hours and another I’m guessing mgr to get involved to get the deal done.
