Bought a brand new car at Dave Edwards Toyota first of August... at 3200 miles, my oil light comes on.. I have now made numerous trips for them to REFILL the oil in my 2016 Camry! They aren't sure what the problem is, but it's BURNING OIL, not leaking, burning! And now they want to replace the engine in my 2016 Camry! For me a car wash isn't complete without tire shine. I just had my car washed here a couple weeks ago and I asked for tire shine because previously when I had it washed here they didn't put any on the tires. I dropped off my wife's car yesterday and again I asked for tire shine. When they pulled in the car I could see that there was not any on the tires. Wondering why I had to pay for U-Bolts on a recall when there service technician stripped the bolts off when trying to take them off and then had to be cut off therefore needing new U -Bolts.
Won't fix my truck. Truck rolls backward on a hill with nothing in it. Says all trucks do that. Well my 2001 FORD WITH 350K MILES STILL DONT! ITS A SAFETY MATTER AND THEY DONT CARE!!!!!!!!
Ordered part and never got it got the run around
Not very happy with the customer service I received in the Service Department this morning. Not on top of your game at all. I hope you don't drop the ball like this with other people.
Dave Edwards is terrible. My daughter has a Corolla with a brake recall. The car has been in the service department 4 times in the last 8 months after I go in with an appointment and once I wait for an hour and a half they say the part really wasn't in. I was told the part was in before every appointment. I also have a Camry and Rav4 I bought new from them and know if they have recalls they won't be fixed either.
