I have tried every way in the world to buy a car from them but they won't send me anything in email for numbers. Will only give me quotes by phone. I am 90 miles away. I will not drive back out AGAIN on a verbal agreement!! Go somewhere else, not here!! Bad managers, customer service and sales!!! Left me at the bank 1 hour waiting on numbers they were to send for financing!!! Told me 4 days later they would send the numbers...never sent, yet again!
Very bad experience!!! Bought a Rav4 on 3/3/17. 3 weeks later (after the check from my credit union had cleared the bank) I get a call from Monte Ledbetter and he tells me I owe an additional $2300. Unfortunately, the Rav4 was at the dealership getting a leather upgrade. Now they have my vehicle and they are wanting me to pay more money or work out a payment plan before picking it up. had a appointment with Bill in used cars found the car that I have been looking for made the appointment went when I was suppose to look at the car I was going to buy and guess what They sold it they did not call me to let me know ''' sloppy communication skills
RecommendedAwesome service department took 20 minutes to get my car serviced can't get it done at Toyota of Greenville for less than three hours I will be back
Dave EdwardsToyota did my wifes highlander brakes in Aug. Nov.30 there was a bad noise from left front,took the car to certified Imports, they said the left brake caliper was about to fall off because it was not tightened when they did brakes! He did not charge her for repair, he was just thankful she brought the car in!
