If you feel like waiting two hours for a oil change and a tire rotation be my guest. Don’t recommend servicing your vehicle here at all.
Refereed my sister here to buy a car. She was sold a car without a spare key or told about getting one. Now that her keys have been stolen it’s “too late” to get the spare. Horrible customer service in my opinion! Make sure you get your spare or they won’t get you one!!!! This key will cost over $200. Not ok.
Would not recommend anyone here because they do not stand for what they tell people!!!!

I will not ever buy from them again nor service my vehicle there. Totally unprofessional from the finance dept to service supervisor. Unsatisfied with my experience this past week. Its unfortunate.
If your not buying a Toyota from them don’t bother. These people have gave me the run around for a week now . They told me jeeps are nothing but problems (but they sold me mine) and it’s not their problem take it to Jeep. Pretty much saying they don’t care . If you can’t service the cars your selling then why are you selling things other than Toyota �� the service people were nice , John David in used cars is who told me “ he has other people to wait on , it’s not there problem “
EVERY time I take my car for oil change and tire rotation is more than 2 hrs. Appointment or not, morning or afternoon. I always ask the service people how long in case they are busy I come another day and they always say is going to be an hour to an hour and a half, and NEVER is. Just went yesterday and it was 3 hrs. Other dealerships in town have a technician doing oil changes only I feel you should learn, if one is not enough hire two. Made an appointment for an oil change over a week in advance—- arrived to have it done and was told it would be over a 2 hour wait. Dave Edwards never ceases to disappoint me me both in service and sales!
Very untrustworthy. Was treated like crap by the preowned business office rep, who had his air pods in his ears the whole time I was in his office, all because I needed to talk to my husband about the final payment and then told by the manager I would be given a warranty if I purchase the car to make things right. Just today I Saw another review about being scammed with a warranty and Just saw on my paper work that I paid $1444 for the warranty so guess I was also duped.
