Bad customer service.. I live in North Carolina purchased a vehicle over six weeks ago. They failed to send the paperwork in to get me a North Carolina license plate. I have a temporary tag that ran out on August 26, 2024. They don’t care that I’m unable to drive my vehicle!!! Unable to get anyone from the dealership to call me

On Thurs.,August 2, 2024 Spartanburg Toyota Service Department was NEGLIGENT when they FAILED to install ANY windshield wipers on my car. Their FAILURE to do the job they were paid to do put me in an extremely dangerous position. On the same day of the service, I needed my windshield wipers due to a HARD rain. Imagine my SHOCK when I turned on my windshield wipers and I could not SEE the road nor the surrounding traffic through the downpour of rain. I have two Toyotas. I only take my vehicles to Toyota dealerships. Both cars get regularly serviced at 6 months or 5,000 miles. My Camry was last serviced on 4/27/24 and they said my battery was good. Today, 7/1/24, my car would not start. Open the hood, it is completely corroded.
