2 ⭐️ s at best This is my experience with this establishment. I decided to give feedback because I am one who reads reviews and that helps me determine if I want to take my business to a company or not . I had the WORST experience ever with Dave Edwards Toyota. If you can go anywhere but here. The customer service was terrible. Jon Strong in particular laughed in my face while refusing to immediately fix what he admitted they messed up. He then proceeded to lie to his manager and say he never said they did anything wrong. They registered my vehicle in the wrong state and put my sisters name on the registration alone. after purchasing a Scion from Dave Edward's the finance manager refiled my contract and signed my name and my sons name on a new contract with added fees, and a new higher monthly payment, beware of purchasing from Dave Edwards!!!!

I'm sorry... but OVER $400 in labor to fix a water leak for 1.75 hours of work is a total RIP OFF!

keep you there 6 hours, tell you price then switch it and add fees back into price and change apr last minute. didn't go through anything quick minute test drive. not willing to work with you after getti g vehichle. gm lied straight to face. whatever training the gm and sales manager get is not right. also need to star testing hoe the led lights, frequency of electric screens and bluetooth affect person sensory receptors especially with i crease of add adhd autism and other issues. been with toyota 22 years i still like t... read more

I've always had a good experience with Toyota, until I went to Dave Edward's. I have a small family business that uses a fleet of vehicles. Many are preowned Toyotas trucks. When my wife was wanting a new vehicle, we went to Dave Edward's and bought a preowned 4-Runner.
