I ordered 2 items (same size) neither fit. (1) too big, (1) too small. I return shipped immediately at my expense $19.50. Once received back, it was over 10 days before I heard anything (me contacting you several times) I was issued a partial refund, I spent $131.26, I was refunded $86.31. I returned the order complete, even the freebies. I am filing complaints with my CC company and the BBB Order 968887

Item was great, but disappointed in the shipping service and customer service response. I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping, which was 2-3 days from the time the item was ready for shipping, not the date of order. To make things worse, not all items were delivered in the initial shipment, which was discovered on arrival. And--the remaining item did not receive 2-3 day shipping either! Website is not user friendly. Customers can not return to browse items once added as a favorite. Should be more filters.
The merchandise was not the color represented in the photo, nor was the style or fit adequately represented. The thong that came with it was not sewn...not torn, just not sewn. I sent a picture and was told it would be replaced, that has yet to happen. Very poor experience. I was going to order more than one item, initially, and then I decided to wait to see what I thought about one item. I’m sure glad I didn’t waste any more money on any other merchandise. I won’t order from this company again.
The shipment was late, by more than a week. I moved by the time they tried to deliver it and when I contacted you I was told I would have to wait until the items arrived before being able to do anything. Order was for special occasion and didn’t have them then.
Hidden shipping time, sizes are very small and mid-sized, customer service sucks. I will never order from your company again.
I didn't get my whole order. I didn't meet the requirement to ship that order. I had no idea about this until i received half my order (which is all i would get without notification on whether the rest of the order would arrive). There was no way to modify or cancel my order. I won't be ordering from here again.
