I am writing to express my displeasure with my first purchase from Spicy Lingerie I received my order yesterday. I opened the shipment and was excited to check out my new pasties. I looked and thought, these have no adhesive. I still have not received my full order which was order months ago. Also most of my order does not fit because the sizing chart is way off so my items are way too small.
I still have not received my full order. Also, the sizing chart is way off. Most of my order does not fit. It is way too small because I based my order on the provided sizing chart.
The size of the item doesn’t match the sized of the item I purchased did not fit, height needs to be considered when listing your item. My wife is on the taller height and the item does not stretch to fit without the item ripping.
I ordered 2 items only got 1 delivered. The delivery took over 2 weeks . Over experience was horrible. Will not recommend to anyone else.
Didn’t receive one item
Ordering on-line was easy and convenient. Problem I had was afterwards on tracking the order. Never got emails to confirm delivery schedule. Had to go into my account to try and track delivery. One item is on backorder but my account shows being shipped and now trying to figure out if it shipped or still in backorder
You earned the stars you received because of the fact that you refunded my money. I never recieved my order. I will say your call center was very helpful but being told to what 2-3 days everytime got old.
Return process is a mess even for unopened items. Not the best Customer service
