Your Customer service is terrible. This is the second time I have had an issue and e-mailed first time and called the second time. I never heard anything back from either inquiry. Your customer service SUCKS!

You did not have product I ordered. I did not ask for backorder. Two months later product was sent and I was billed for something I did not want. Otherwise I would have approved the backorder. Horrible service! Never again!!!

I ordered 3 things, and received only two. I wrote letters, but I never received any money. I recommend everyone not to use this site.

Took 4 months to get the item I ordered. Plus, there’s still one item that’s hasn’t been delivered yet. Yet, I’ve been charged. Are you going to deliver it, or refund me?

I’ve had multiple problems with your items being back ordered and/or not available. I’ve had to call more than once to find out the status of my orders and I’m still waiting for something I ordered months ago. Horrible experience

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! I In the month of February I bought an article which is supposed to arrive in 3 days and I needed it for an exact day that was more than 3 days. That article that I needed was never sent to me as it should have been, it was very delayed. I contacted them, I wrote the situation and they never responded. They did not take responsibility Very bad experience
