The items delivered were falsely advertised. For example, what is described as a "corset" was a cheap bustier. Even going by the measurements, nothing I purchased was the correct size. The returns department did not respond in a timely manner. I will not use this website again.
Truly terrible. Made my purchase from the website and was emailed days later that the product was suddenly “out of stock.” After then trying to cancel my order, I was told that my order could not be cancelled and that I received the previous message in error. At this point I have waited about a week, when I paid an extra $10 for expedited shipping, and the order wasn’t even processed in that time. My husband made the purchase and paid for 2 day shipping but it took over a week for it to actually ship out of the facility. What was going to be a surprise for a weekend getaway did not happen.

No customer service skills. Purchased expensive 2 day UPS to be in time for Halloween. It did not come until the following week, 6 days after I ordered. I signed to send it right back. They charged me for the delivery fee. I asked for a return, they said no. Inflexible companies are never a great place to sink you money into.
I ordered my costume a week before halloween, got the 2 day express shipping. Didn't receive my costume until October 3rd. The lingerie was cute but the quality is not worth the price and they lie about express shipping AND charge you extra. So overall I would say it's not worth it buying from them.

Your costumes were not sized correctly. It arrived on time. When I called I was told I can only have store credit. I sent it back with form and had to dispute charge. Ruined my Halloween. Had to go and get last minute costume. Paid for shipping.
It arrived super late and hey extra money to get it shipped fast. My daughter can't even enjoy her Halloween.
