Placed an order March 29, it is April 27th and still no order. Kept calling customer service and they kept telling me wait 14 business days, I waited. Still nothing. Then I was told that it was up to management to decide if I was going to receive a replacement package or get a refund! Ridiculous!!!!! Will never order from here again...
Items ordered were not in stock and discontinued, waited nearly 6 weeks before I had to call them to get that information. Finally canceled order because they didn’t know when the only non- discontinued item would be back in stock! Very disappointed

I was ordering something for a special night. I ordered something like 5 days in advance and paid extra for two-day shipping. Several days later, after not receiving my items or any kind of correspondence from SpicyLingerie, I called asking questions. The material is not a good quality. Workmanship is poor. Strap was broken before tried on. Returned it but didn't received return shipping fee for the defective product.
I love the options on here for plus sizes. The items I get make me feel sexy and confident. The outfits are of good quality and this is my go to place for lingerie.
