By providing accurate information on shipping details. Made an order over 20 days and don’t know where my package is.
I have ordered an item and did not arrive when I paid expedited. I called them and was told that my item was back ordered last minute. So I had to cancel my order. Did not give me refund and said they would give me store credit. I would never shop there again.
Top was to big
Terribly late shipping. Customer support took almost a week to respond, and they took almost 2 weeks for the item to ship! This was a halloween costume that I ordered and it came late. Buyer beware.
A lingerie set arrived so tangled that I couldn’t get it untangled to even look at it. I returned it and was denied my refund because they claimed “the panty showed signs of use.” I couldn’t even find the panty in the tangled mess so no way it was worn by me. They took over a month to get my package to me. Very slow to respond to my complaint (another month to get nothing resolved), and now I have to pay return shipping to get the product back I don’t even want just so I can sue them after I get it tested for wear. Poor quality.
You're charging my credit card bit by bit as you get items in stock. You charged the whole amount, refunded it a week later, and now every week or two I get charged 30 bucks. This is not manageable. I did not shop with you so I could tremble in fear of my account bouncing if I don't keep a hundred dollars in there just in case you decide to hit me again. The worst.
"COSTUME" which i only opened up the corset, was wayyyyy too small. Didnt even open up the rest of the package. I understand you do not refund for "costumes"only store credit, (personally i think the only things you sell are costumes) nobody actually wears this stuff except hookers and porn stars. I expected to get a credit on my credit card. Whomever sent me an email said i would get a credit. NOT acceptable! I wouldn't recommend your company to anyone!
I don’t feel the quality of the product was the same as advertised, I do understand that good prices might mean less quality in product, also models really help mark up the picture value. On returning I only received a very small portion of money back and never noticed a voucher for credit? Your shop is pretty cool and for many I am sure it’s great, just not for me this time.
