Product was just what was advertised
Sizing is not even in the ballpark-give true sizes.
Asking to give my opinion on something I have not received yet is a little bit forward. It’s only been thirteen days since I placed my order. Contact me back in a month. I should have it by then. Very slow service guaranteed with you.
Your size listings are not true. The items purchased were much smaller than their size listing. And now all items have been returned, but I have not received my refund. I also feel that due to the sizing issue you should reimburse me for the $12.98 I paid to return my order.
Missing item in my order but because it took over 48 hours for me to open all of my items I couldn’t be refunded. That’s poor customer service. Won’t be buying again.
I bought 6 items for my wife and we returned one back as it was way too small for her. I followed the policy return instruction and sent off by first class mail. It has been 3 weeks now I have not receive any emails in regards to whether I will get a store credit or refunds from Spicy Lingerie. I called twice and got the same answer. Took forever to actually ship. Over two weeks from ordering to receiving is ridiculous in this day of age.
The time it takes you to process orders makes me think you have 1 employee in your entire company.
Shipping took 4 days to leave the facility. Item looked nothing like the photo and was very "cheap". Return took two weeks to process. I don't recommend.
