I’ve had multiple problems with your items being back ordered and/or not available. I’ve had to call more than once to find out the status of my orders and I’m still waiting for something I ordered months ago. Horrible experience
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! I In the month of February I bought an article which is supposed to arrive in 3 days and I needed it for an exact day that was more than 3 days. That article that I needed was never sent to me as it should have been, it was very delayed. I contacted them, I wrote the situation and they never responded. They did not take responsibility Very bad experience
Very fast shipping and a great product for the money very pleased.
It took almost a week for my product to ship and then it took 4 days to get to my home. Great product but I wish you carried more in Small and extra small sizes my wife is petite and it’s hard to find things some times. Other than that you guys are doing ok.
BUYER BEWARE!!! I will share my experience. I had ordered a few outfits for the special event which was about 3 weeks from the date of the order. First off, when I placed the order I never got a confirmation of the order, I finally got hold of them (~5 days of calling and emailing) to give me a status update. I recently returned some items that I simply wanted to exchange for a smaller size so that I could wear it but apparently there is a strict 30 day policy that forbids them to at a minimum exchange the items. I am not requesting a refund I simply would like a size that fits. So now I am stuck with stuff I can’t even wear! Not cool, I will not be purchasing any more items from this site.

It takes a week before the orders are shipped! I place my order. I pay with a credit card. You take my payment immediately but you do not ship the orders for 7-10 days! Why do you do that? Why should I continue with you?
