Took way too long to get items no mater what shipping options you choose
Shipping takes way too long
only got two items out of four this order rest on back order. The last order did receive all of our order at all last time we use this web site. As even when they don"t send all ordered items and decide to sen a item after the charge me postage it's not my fault they don't send all the items at once. So why do i have to pay extra postage
I didnt get the piece i wanted. It wasnt told to me till after i bought it, that it was on back order for a month. It was my anniversary that month not the next one

Ordered items in January and as of April 2nd I still havent received my entire order. When i contacted them back in February they told me my items were back ordered (even though) the website didnt say that, when i gave them feedback that i was dissapointed that i wasnt informed when they realized my items werent available they didnt seem to care. Overall really poor customer service which was dissapointing because i was excited to find a place with plus size lingerie

I never received my package. I contacted you Spicey Lingerie, you guys pointed out that it showed as delivered by UPS. However when I contacted them they said it was not delivered through them, but through the Post office in my area. They send it to My local post office and it comes from there to me. So they washed their hands of it too. All I know is I spent around 70 dollars I didn’t get my Items ordered, and no one made it right. All I wanted was my Items. I rarely place an order that is in stock. Most of my orders are out of stock and the order sits so long without being filled that it gets canceled. I would order again but am tired of the hassle.
