Purchased two items at the same time due to the high shipping rate, and one item was removed by your staff without informing me, due to it being back-ordered. However, I had to still pay for the same high shipping cost for the one item. I contacted your staff for a resolution to the issue, and there was nothing done. I don't understand how an item can be removed from the order without customer approval, as I would have cancelled the entire order. I will not be ordering anything again from your organization.
Don’t offer 2nd day shipping and charge for it when products are not available to ship for 2-3 weeks

Placed an order March 29, it is April 27th and still no order. Kept calling customer service and they kept telling me wait 14 business days, I waited. Still nothing. Then I was told that it was up to management to decide if I was going to receive a replacement package or get a refund! Ridiculous!!!!! Will never order from here again...
Items ordered were not in stock and discontinued, waited nearly 6 weeks before I had to call them to get that information. Finally canceled order because they didn’t know when the only non- discontinued item would be back in stock! Very disappointed

I was ordering something for a special night. I ordered something like 5 days in advance and paid extra for two-day shipping. Several days later, after not receiving my items or any kind of correspondence from SpicyLingerie, I called asking questions.
