Still waiting on a backorder.
The material is not a good quality. Workmanship is poor. Strap was broken before tried on. Returned it but didn't received return shipping fee for the defective product.
I love the options on here for plus sizes. The items I get make me feel sexy and confident. The outfits are of good quality and this is my go to place for lingerie.
I bought two pieces and they are tight, they say queen size but I highly doubt they really are, so my hard earned money was wasted. Everything should be sized correctly to the fir in the USA if it to be sold here. Plus I had to send email to find out when I would receive it.
Shipping took longer than expected. I paid extra for faster shipping and it took multiple days to even process the order. The worst part though was they sent my package with only 2 of the 3 items i ordered with a note inside that said the other piece was discontinued. How about an email first?? It was really the only item my SO wanted so i will not be ever using this company again.

I have never waited so long to have a back ordered item delivered. I ordered items at the end of January and received al but one item, even though at the time of purchase it was expected by 2/12/19. However as that date came and passed the date was pushed out 2 weeks at a time: - 2/12/19 - 2/23/19 - 3/8/19 - 4/1/19 - 4/15/19 - 4/29/19 I contacted customer service to understand the constant delays and was told that it was a quality issue. I ordered some lingerie for valentines day and i put it on and the strap broke immediately. i contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. Will definitely never order again.
Too many emails before delivery. Annoying. Its like you send one every step of the way
