After I place my order, I was told a couple days later that this item was not in stock. So Had to go through the exchange/credit process. This was difficult as this was a christmas gift.
The last piece we purchased was not like the advertising picture.
I sent an email to return my items and I never received a response and your clothing items are poorly made.
Didn’t receive my order and spicy lingerie was zero help!

Bought at least 6 of costumes, 2 did not fit, would not accept them for return, or exchange for correct size. In addition to that issue, Very poor customer service, called and emailed many times before i got any response. Everything is way overpriced for the quality, shipping takes forever and the sizes are way off. I ordered 6 things in all the same size and only 2 fit.

Well the plus sizes are not true to what they should be. I'm a plus size woman, bit not that big. So when I order a queen size, it is more of regular medium or large. What exactly do you consider Queen. Because I have ordered a size 1x/2x and it is actually smaller than expected. So I'm finding myself having to order a 3x/4x. I wear a size 14, but having to purchase sizes way bigger because the clothing line runs really small. I have so many items I cannot wear bc they are too small. Very disappointing.
