One of the items ordered turned out to be the wrong size. I returned it and the money was credited to my account right away. I then purchased the correct size. I like the no hassle way of operating and will buy from SL again.
Omg!!!! My boyfriend got so many compliments on the sexy cop 👮🏻 outfit that comes with the tie. It was a perfect fit in a size medium & my boyfriend wears medium in his shirts. When it arrived, it came in a few days! The cop outfit was so legit & looked like a real cop outfit, the material & everything. Got my items in time except for one of them. Apparently it was a pre-order. They try to charge my card put apparently they couldn't. The issue I had was they didn't try to contact me to let me knoe that I will not receive the lingerie. Other than that every thing was fantastic
They didn’t ship something I did order. They didn’t charge me so i didn’t send in a complaint. They did ship me a dress that I will never wear saying it was a free gift. I would have rather gotten the item I did order and be charged than get something I didn’t order for free.
I ordered 2 items over a month ago and I still don't have one of the items and haven't heard anything on it. I'll not order anything from you again.
If there was a way to leave less than 1 star I would! I ordered the gladiator costume & the quality was horrible, as soon as I took the costume out of the plastic I noticed it had already started to peel & when I tried it on the straps ripped off. I called the customer service & left voicemails & received no answer. I will not be ordering anything off of this sight again
