Quality of products is very poor.
Products ordered, paid for then find out one is discontinued or not in stock or something of an excuse. The other one never arrived. Customer service was not helpful. Will never order from you again and have let many others know to shop elsewhere.
Products were not all delivered and the ones that were had damage
I really love all the variety and really sexy choices. My wife just got breast implants that are very large and some of your lingerie that leaves the breasts exposed is just so sexy and really makes the love making so enjoyable and erotic. Clothes do run a bit small, but I have returned some outfits with no issues. The refund process is easy.
I have ordered several times on Spicy Lingerie and I have never seen one order shipped complete. They always send half orders although after not getting your full order, you can see your missed product offered on line, week after week. Original order was on 5/30/18, received part of order and was told back order would take 2-4 weeks. I have sent several emails to the help desk to only be told 2-4 weeks more from date of that email. I have know been told 2-4 weeks 3 times. Here we are 3 months later and I still have no product.

We ordered a couple different outfits and received a confirmation email with the receipt. Two weeks later, and only half the order came, no explanation or reason. We will not be ordering again.
