The entire process from design/sales rep ******** to communication during the process ****** to installation team (***** and his crew....*****, project supervisor (although ***** et. al. needed very little to no supervision)) was smooth, professional, precise and pleasant. The finished product transcends my expectations. Very well done! I highly recommend Patio Enclosures and staff!!!

My Aluminum patio cover turned out to be Aluminum foil covered Styrofoam. I could have had a whole building built for half the price. Totally over priced. The company has refused to give me an itemized invoice to explain the aceptionaly high price. Buyers beware.

I DO NOT recommend Patio Enclosures. They made the wrong windows twice because they didnt follow the contract. The project was delayed and I got no response from the sales *** or the Project Manager when I sent an email outlining the multiple issues which included delays, mistakes in manufacturing and billing. Their mistakes caused delays past what in the contract. However, they were expensive and very prompt in billing.

We had some discoloration on some of the vinyl parts on the exterior of our patio enclosure- so I emailed the operations administrator and they ordered the parts. Although the parts took some time to come- they were pretty prompt with scheduling once the replacement parts came in. ***** was extremely professional and did the replacement in a timely manner. Patio enclosures has been extremely helpful and responsive even after the install.

****, in sales, was very well versed on the product, kind and professional. There was no "hard sell." There were a couple of issues with the assembly team; however, my Customer Advocate Monica and Supervisor (?) **** took extraordinary care in making sure I was completely satisfied in the end. It's a great addition to my home and I plan to enjoy it thoroughly in the future.

We are at over 18 months post contract and Great Day has still not broken ground on my patio project. There were definitely delays for meeting city code but I did all the other work and preparation for meeting code over 8 months ago and I am still waiting for Great Day to set a date and break ground. Consumers need to be protected with the time value of money being taken into account.
