We have had an exceptional and positive experience with the purchase and installation of our patio enclosure. The installation crew worked like clockwork in the process of installation. Very professional and wasted no time. I paid close attention to their work and noticed how competently they worked until completion. I had Great Day Improvements put up a patio screen around my balcony. I live in a condo. From the start to the finish, I was so happy with the whole team. Where do I start? Overpriced. Delayed installation. Ordered in April, they installed in December after failing to deliver the correct materials THREE times. Three deliveries of windows that were the wrong size, one in June, one in September, and one in December. They started the second installation by cutting screens and leaving them for three months before returning.
