I had several disappointing consultations prior to Patio Enclosures. The salesman was first, not thrilled with his responses to some of my questions, but I am a medical person, not a construction person. The next person was *****, who did the actual measuring. Complex project to enclose under our deck for a catio (patio enclosure) we chose to do a small section under the deck for our 3 cats. The project was completed in less than 2 days and looks amazing. The materials for the enclosure are sturdy and will hold up in the *** weather. Patio Enclosures is fairly new to the **************** area, and we are glad we were to get them to complete our project.

Our enclosed patio was purchased as a three season enclosure. However, the windows are so poorly designed that they allow water to enter the enclosure when it rains. Our previous enclosure at a previous home never had a water issue. That enclosure was constructed by Statewide Remodeling. Since they stopped doing porch enclosures, we were forced to hire Patio Enclosures. Now, they have tried to correct the issues with the porch many, many, times. We chose this company to build a two story porch addition. We started the process in Oct. In Feb we realized that this company had not completed the permit process and we had to go to our local permit office ourselves. There was no communication unless we demanded it. Throughout the three month installation process there were a large amount of problems, miscommunication, wrong materials sent, and frustrating phone calls. I love my new screened in enclosure that was just finished a few weeks ago. From the start the sales person told us the timeline of how long it would take to build. After the permit was issued, the concrete company came out to pour the extra concrete for the footers. There was a glitch between the contractor and Great Day and the wrong pour was done. They got it fixed pretty quick without me having to push hard and I was grateful for that. The install only took two days and they finished before the deadline. I really happy w... read more
