***** and ***** were great to work with. ***** quickly helped me with my claim. ***** did the installation. The first attempt was a wrong size and had to be reordered. This was resolved fast and I got a new window very quickly. I added a privacy finish to my replacement. Everything looks great. I recommend.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The job was sloppy, incompetent and overpriced. I have had them out three times now to fix issues and today they broke my glass panel. Now I have to have yet another appointment and I am concerned something else will happen. I have been offered no discount, no refund, no apology, nothing. I have had appointments scheduled and no one showed up, I have had appointments scheduled and canceled at the last minute.

Very satisfied with my patio enclosure....now I won't have to deal with the rain, snow and/or wind bombarding me as I try to dry off my 2 dogs before going back into the house. The installers, ****** and *****, did an excellent job of installing all the components and made sure to clean up everything before they left. Very professional crew!

We bought four windows 9-30-09 with a lifetime warranty from Stanek Windows . We noticed recently. all four windows have a black rubbery substance between the inside glass of the windows, around the edges . I called 7-9-24 to ask what is causing this problem and to have someone to come and look at them. The lady I talked to said that it was a cosmetic problem and the only thing she could do is send me a quote for replacement windows. I would never want to buy another window from them. According to our records from the service department, the issue you are having is cosmetic. It does not affect the glass performance, and is not covered under warranty. However, if your windows have shown condensation/fogging between the panes of glass, that is covered under warranty, and we would be happy to assist you with getting the glass replaced.
