After requesting more than half of the Job installation money as deposit, took them more than three months to complete the job. After many complaints about the poor quality of the job, they finally sent someone to finish it. Our complaints were ignored for months. They never addressed them. I thought they were sending a supervisor to inspect the poor job done but it never happened. I kept ignoring their bill and even called the office again. Left messages and sent emails. Our salesman, ***** ******** was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable about the products, design, what would work best for our space. He also pointed out some hazards that we were not aware of. He worked with our budget. We are waiting for the installation of Patio Enclosure!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! A family member of mine bought windows and had them installed! They are horrible and they done a lot of damage to her trim around the windows with alot more damage! I do not recommend! She has contacted them and they do not wish to fix their mess up! She needs her money back! I have hundreds of pics but obviously you cant post pics with your review!!!
WOULD NOT RECOMEND STARTED THIS PRODJECT IN MARCH AND STILL NOT COMPLETE .
I made a huge mistake using this company. It's been over a year. I paid for 15 windows and am still waiting for 2 sashes for one of the windows, promised me by **** ******. ******* ******* is supposed to be area supervisor. NEVER returned my calls or emails. ONLY time I got her to respond is when I stopped payments; then I got excuses about her medical ************* crew would come late and leave early because one of the guys had to take his child back and forth to school, so 3-4 work days. 3 day job took 3 weeks. Met with *** from the ***************** for a consultation/quote. He was very professional and presented a custom design based on our needs. He throughly went over the product showing us samples. Quote process was straightforward and reasonable for the expectations.

I have contacted Patio Enclosures (Great Day Improvements) 5 times, 3 phone calls and twice by using their website service form. No response from 2 of those and the 3 times they did respond, they told me someone would be contacting me in 1-2 business days. I was never contacted. This summer I gave myself the most amazing gift ever! I turned my screened-in porch into a sun room by Patio Enclosures.
