My project is only the deck and roof, I cannot attest to windows or doors quality or their opening and closing, but everything with the company has been great. they communicate well, and he guys who work for them really know their stuff. They removed the existing 100+ year old deck and roof and then rebuilt the deck larger and to code. They use steel posts driven into the ground 5 feet rather than a trenched foundation or footings. We signed a contract on 8.16.2025 and what we were promised first of all is not what our warranty states and they put us in a loan and we have nothing to show for it and they will not return our call. I have been trying to get ahold of them because we have a locan that shouldn't have started and now I'm stuck trying to get someone to call me back! This place is a scam!!!!dont do ot

This company makes a ton of promises without actually providing any product. They take a down payment then expect you to get so frustrated with the process that you cancel the contract and then they refuse to give back your deposit. Its a complete scam of a company.

The patio enclosure covered screened porch is wonderful. The installation team, ***** and ****, did a fantastic job, and it is for them and the product that I give a 5 star rating. I was not as satisfied with the Denver sales and administrative staff at Great Day improvements, who were terrible at managing customer expectations. Love the room, but service is horrible! Our roof is leaking in multiple places and a window seal has failed. I reached out starting in June 2025. Finally after leaving several messages at different numbers, I received a text on 1 August stating that they were 6 plus weeks out and we were placed on the schedule. We are currently at 12 weeks and I am back where I started. No replies from text or phone messages. Do not recommend! I am only giving them 1 star because it wont allow me to give them ZERO which is what this company ... read more
