Check in was friendly, CMA/Nurse was ok. The Dr was RUDE!!!! I explained what happened. How I sustained my injury and she proceeded to make a comment to imply that I was "hit" or "abused". I did not appreciate that. If she had suspected that I was abused, she did not in anyway try to offer any assistance other than make judgmental comments. She never checked if I had a concussion. Very disappointed this evening. We have always bragged to everyone how much we love star ER and how we have always been treated well. Past experiences they have been so thorough and got us in and out quick. (Have used them 3 times previously). This evening, unfortunately, was a complete 360. We showed up with my wife running a 102 Fever and having trouble breathing , also with our two boys ( 2 & 4) with same issues.
