Very disappointed this evening. We have always bragged to everyone how much we love star ER and how we have always been treated well. Past experiences they have been so thorough and got us in and out quick. (Have used them 3 times previously). This evening, unfortunately, was a complete 360. We showed up with my wife running a 102 Fever and having trouble breathing , also with our two boys ( 2 & 4) with same issues. Dr. Kelton is a terrific doctor. He actually talked to me about alternative medical treatments for my covid issues. My wife tested positive for covid on Monday and the doctor gave her no options for treatment. We will NEVER go to Covenant Health for treatment again. Thanks Star E.R.

Terrible place to take your child. I was there with my child about 11 months ago my daughter was running fever for 7 days so I took her in. They refused to see her without a 250 dollar payment we threw a fit in the lobby and asked them if they are refusing to see my sick child they said no so they brought her into a room checked her area and her heart beat and said she had a viral infection and sent her home 4 days later she had 4 seizures in one day and ended up in the hospital and had a UTI infection that had spread to her... read more
