Dr. Kelton is a terrific doctor. He actually talked to me about alternative medical treatments for my covid issues. My wife tested positive for covid on Monday and the doctor gave her no options for treatment. We will NEVER go to Covenant Health for treatment again. Thanks Star E.R.

Terrible place to take your child. I was there with my child about 11 months ago my daughter was running fever for 7 days so I took her in. They refused to see her without a 250 dollar payment we threw a fit in the lobby and asked them if they are refusing to see my sick child they said no so they brought her into a room checked her area and her heart beat and said she had a viral infection and sent her home 4 days later she had 4 seizures in one day and ended up in the hospital and had a UTI infection that had spread to her... read more

I never made it to an exam room and medical staff spent all of five minutes with us on the issue then immediately discharged us. I can only imagine the astronomical bill that will result from having that.

First off the staff was nice, no complaints with that! My son had an asthma attack set off by allergies. To make a long story short the receptionist came back to the room and collected $500 before they treated my son!! In my opinion this place is about the money first!! I was not impressed!!

A thorough examination with X-rays would’ve saved me a 2 days of pain and another $150 ER copay at UMC to find out what should’ve been diagnosed on Tuesday.
