This is the first time I had such a bad experience with a hop on/hop off tour. I paid for a $64 2 day pass and the attention I got from the attendants was very sub par. They brushed off any questions and acted like they did not want to be bothered. Also, one of his drivers had a very aggressive demeanor when I asked him that he needed to stop at the beginning of the line because there were people waiting in line for more than 30 minutes. This place was absolutely terrible! They did not communicate clearly with our group, and they never had straight answers. It was always a "maybe this, maybe that." Not with just one person, it was all of them. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Waste of time and money.

Startline bus delayed pick up even when we were on time. Then put us on Non-schedule tour city tour of LA. Then driver was so arrogant and he refused to drop us back to our hotel. When We called back to call center they kept transferring us from hollywood to santa monica to LAX office but no one had a solid reply. Our guest's memories were tarnished by mismanagement of this touring company.

HORRIBLE service, rude drivers, the whole operation is utter chaos. No one knows what tour you are on or who's supposed to be serving you. For longer tours, no food breaks are allotted. Go anywhere else!!!! It would have to be better. Can't wait to get off this tour and away from this company!!!!

HORRIBLE service, rude drivers, the whole operation is utter chaos. No one knows what tour you are on or who's supposed to be serving you. For longer tours, no food breaks are allotted. Go anywhere else!!!! It would have to be better. Can't wait to get off this tour and away from this company!!!!

These tours have always been a mainstay of Los Angeles .... And now they are EVERYWHERE... with English �Double Decker Buses �.... It wouldn't be Hollywood� if you didn't see a tour bus ...�

Our night tour started almost an hour late, during which time the staff either did not communicate with the group or gave erroneous information. Once we finally got under way the tour was terrible: from poor driving skills of the guide (stomp on the gas to go, stomp on the breaks multiple times to stop, making the heartiest among us motion sick), the lack of personality and or relevant references from the guide (I'm willing to guess only 2 of 9 of us on the tour had any idea who Stephanie Powers is and none of us were intere... read more

If you ever go to L.A. don't waste your money with Starline Tours. 1. They give erroneous information, 2. They don't tell you that the continuous route actually traps you at a location when they randomly stop running for an hour, 3. They do not pick up customers where they say they will, and 4. When you ask about correct pick up information, their manager, "Vincent" is rude and blames you for waiting where their employee, "William" told you to wait, which turned out to be the wrong place, causing you an additional, unnecessa... read more
