Nice drive through LA, foreign sound did not work, 49$ was fair for 7 hours driving
My family did the Grand Tour of LA plus the movie stars homes. Disorganized boarding; no one seemed to be able to tell us where to wait for our bus, and we almost missed it. Tour guide was just ok. Nothing special. No one told us we would have to transfer to a separate, open air van for the star portion of the tour, and it was uncomfortable, and a waste. All you see is hedges and gates, with a few fun facts thrown in. However, my biggest complaint is the bold, and ongoing solititation for tips! I paid over $300 for 3 tickets... read more
Very bad service
One hour wait and no bus. Bus supposedly had an accident but they never notified the sales person about the problem. Waiting on a refund but no customer service or manager will help
The tour guide drove way too fast and almost all my pics came out blurry. The only good ones that I got was when we were stuck in traffic. Do not waste your money! Also, the bus was way too crowded. I did not want to be with so many people and I could smell sweat on people due to overcrowding. I am so disappointed! :(

This is the first time I had such a bad experience with a hop on/hop off tour. I paid for a $64 2 day pass and the attention I got from the attendants was very sub par. They brushed off any questions and acted like they did not want to be bothered. Also, one of his drivers had a very aggressive demeanor when I asked him that he needed to stop at the beginning of the line because there were people waiting in line for more than 30 minutes.
