No AC on any of the buses. The buses are dirty and run late.
The tour we paid for was to go from 9.30am to 12.45pm. Despite starting late it was all over by 11.15am with many of the promised sites not seen. The driver (Devon?) drove round the streets with no consideration for the safety or comfort of those on board the ancient roofless vehicle. Would not use this company again because of lack of interested staff, poor value for money and poor safety standards.
Totally unprofessional and no 'duty of care' towards people booked on a tour to inform them that it has been cancelled. Conflicting messages from two (2) employees, each contacted on different days: first call to confirm pick-up time and place. During that call the operator confirmed the booking saying there was no need to call back. And then a second call the day before the tour to inquire about food during the tour. Nice drive through LA, foreign sound did not work, 49$ was fair for 7 hours driving
My family did the Grand Tour of LA plus the movie stars homes. Disorganized boarding; no one seemed to be able to tell us where to wait for our bus, and we almost missed it. Tour guide was just ok. Nothing special. No one told us we would have to transfer to a separate, open air van for the star portion of the tour, and it was uncomfortable, and a waste. All you see is hedges and gates, with a few fun facts thrown in. However, my biggest complaint is the bold, and ongoing solititation for tips! I paid over $300 for 3 tickets... read more
Very bad service
One hour wait and no bus. Bus supposedly had an accident but they never notified the sales person about the problem. Waiting on a refund but no customer service or manager will help
