We were going to Universal Studio. On the way towards Universal Studio the bus was an half hour to late. On the way back we had to wait on people that were to late and also had to pick up people because they took the wrong bus! What was an hour of driving at first turned out to be a drive of 3 and an half hour! The bus driving didn't know where the hotels where and had to check it. Everything was far apart. The tour to universal studios suck. We were picked up late and led to believe that we would leave before nine. The staff were rude when we questioned them, politely, and blamed it on our travel agents. I cannot express this properly on words, but I was on the verge between crying and yelling during our conversations. We hated the tour so much that we would rather pay for Disney tickets again than use this crap service.
Didn't stop at enough places and the route didn't include the Hollywood sign. Other than that it was a pretty neat touristy thing to do.

Disappointed! Tedious. Might be better if you start from the Chinese theater first thing in the morning you will actually get to hop on and hop off and hop back on. I'd say don't even bother starting from Santa Monica Pier!! You'll ride at least an hour before you even connect to the red tour! Seriously the worst spent money in LA. Better part of the day just riding a bus and only had time to stop at Farmers Market which isn't really a farmers market but a group of little shops and eateries. We were on holiday from Australia and went on a Starline tour, it started late and was getting dark so couldn't see very well plus the driver drove past the houses so fast you couldn't get a good look, and if that wasn't bad enough, we got into a car accident that was the Starline drivers fault, as I witnessed it clearly, we were not asked if we were OK and didn't even get a refund!!!! Would never recommend!!!
