Keeping in mind that this was my first deal as a new realtor, and it was for my daughter’s first home, Stephen did amazing under the circumstances of a lot of family dynamics between mother and daughter. What I would recommend for him and for me, is to establish how we want to communicate with each other and the client. Stephen probably didn’t feel comfortable inserting himself, but he actually could have been effective if he would have said something like “ in my experience, I’ve had success doing blah blah blah”…..
