I did a refi with Steven. Rate quote process was easy. Steven was very responsive with any questions I had via email and/or phone. Easy application process and secure information uploading process to get the documents needed to complete the loan application. Closing was very fast as the majority of the documents were executed online the morning of the closing. I would highly recommend giving Stephen a chance to serve your finanicing needs.
