Took forever to get food. Scallops were spoiled. Lobster Mac and cheese came out after we had finished eating.
They gave us one of our items for free because it came to the table late. The waitress had to take our order again because she accidently threw the first one away. I ordered a medium well Filet and it was burnt. Will not return.
Dinner special was flavored very well but my pork chop was not tender at all - perhaps a little over cooked.
We made a reservation, but we still had to wait 25 minutes for our table. There’s nowhere to really stand, so we were constantly needing to move. Once at our table, we were told we’d get bread, but it took forever for the bread to get to our table. The waiter said the bread was still in the oven, but there were numerous servers walking by with plates. Our food was not worth the money or wait. Normally, we have a great experience when we go here. This was the first time we made a reservation because we normally wait 20-40 min to be seated. I don’t see the point of them having reservations because we arrived 10 min early and still waited 20 min past our reservation. The food is normally amazing, I always get the filet with a cedar salad and mashed potatoes, but this time my Cesar salad came with no dressing on it, my steak was burnt, and I got is medium rare, and my mashed potatoes was so dry. I ordered a steak well done and I told the waitress the last time I was in there we had to send it back If they could just make sure there was no pink at all. When I got the steak, the whole thing was pink in the middle.
We were there around 5pm. Most of the restaurant was empty since they just opened at 4pm. We had terrible service, the steaks were not great, the au gratin potatoes were not cheesy at all. We have been here several times before, and we were very let down.
Worst experience I have had in a really long time! It took 1:41 minutes, yes, one HOUR and 41 MINUTES to get our food! And after that time, they put COLD seafood in front of me. Are you serious? Then the manager has the nerve to argue with us on the food being cold and how long our wait time was!!!! By far, the worst experience possibly EVER! WILL NOT GO BACK!!
Filet and pork chop was dry and tasteless... not the usual flavor or tenderness. Service was great but second serving of tea burnt my mouth not warm like the first. Plates were too hot as well. Very noisy and crowded for a Wednesday night
