Food was cold whe received could tell had been sitting awhile. Had a waitress that was VERY slow and didn't care if you needed something or not. There was also another waitress working other half restaurant downstairs and she helped us more than our own waitress. Sad to give that much money for a meal and I could only eat 1 bite. Meat was cold not lukewarm.
Food is always good but went for Valentines dinner and the place was very crowded which really slowed down the service.
We have ate at this location many time. We actually ate there last Valentine’s Day and had a wonderful experience. This year the food was amazing as always but the service was horrible. We were put in the basement which was fine but unfortunately our waitress was also the bartender. We sat down at 7 and finally got our at 825 leaving us no time for dessert. We met another couple for an after-Christmas dinner. While the food was good, our server was not very attentive. It took a long time to get the first round of drinks and even longer when we wanted a 2nd round. The glass of iced tea was empty for quite a while before Charlie showed up to see how we were doing. A table for two supplies insufficient space to enjoy a meal. By the time the meal comes, there's bread, oil, salads and drinks on the table. The space is just not large enough to enjoy the meal without rushing it.
Sqeezed into tiny table. barely rm for plates. when I asked if this was the best you could do I was told the other tables were being held for reservations. I saud Well we had a reservation. PEPSI?? REALLY? I know you think youre saving lots of money but consider people who wont dine with you now. Id sooner go to Bone Fish where I can have diet coke. Feel like this place is no longer a people pleaser.
The food was good, but the service was anything but! Sam came to our table, greeted us, then took our drink order. Our drinks arrived quickly and our order was taken. We waited for our salads and soup as we watched the group seated after us get their salads. We did not see Sam to ask about the salads. After a very long wait, a female came to deliver our food.
