The restaurant was hot. Was uncomfortable. Dont think their AC was working.
The place was NOISY!! Recommend some type of sound deadening for quieter dining.
The booth they sat our large group was horrible. You could feel the springs in the seat which made it very uncomfortable. It was so hot and stuffy in the area we were seated. We even asked the waitress to turn down the air because it was so hot. The food and the service was great it was disappointing that it was so hot in our section.
It was my parents 48th anniversary. My salad tasted like PURE salt! My dads meal and my brother in laws meal was EXTREMELY salty also! My filet was cooked perfectly but EXTREMELY salty also!!! When I told the server about my salad he didn’t apologize or take it off the bill....when we complained about how salty everything else was, there was no apology or anything taken off the bill. As a mater of fact, they charged us for a dessert we didn’t even get! Won’t go back.
Mother’s Day —- in the reservation no where indicated being a buffet. Was mildly put off by this.
Was extremely hot my daughter was on crutches water on the floor not a good combination everyone got their food except for two of us and by the time we got our food everybody else was pretty much wrapping up very bad experience and unfortunately I am a rewards member
We got there early and our reservation was not till 11:45. The hostess was very sharp to me and said we would be seated on our reservation time. 11:45 came and went - went to hostess stand she said they were just waiting for someone to get up from our table. They were just sitting there talking. 12:00 came and went - went to hostess stand again - same response except with a ruder look. Like it was my fault those people were not getting up.
