Waited 45 min to get our table and was there total of 3 hours.
Ribs were burned, salad size has been cut considerably... Waitress not attentive, did not refill waters, soda. Waitress did nothing after being told my ribs were burned. Waitress took forever to bring bbq sauce. Scallops undercooked.
Appetizer was pot sticks and they were way overpriced and just okay. $13. for 5 small ones. Food was good but service was mediocre. Server was new so that may have been part of the issue. We didn’t relieve bread until we were half way done eating dinner which was 45 minutes or so after we sat down.. we were celebrating two birthdays and after asking if they did anything for birthdays we were offered a free brownie sundae. They take reservations which is nice.
Pricy for 3 scallops and risotto. Waitress was very competent. The mule drink was awful.
Terrible restaurant for a Stone Creek. Plainfield and Zionsville locations by far better. Restaurant was way overbooked. Had to wait quite a bit of time to be seated on a reservation. The facility was overall unkept. There was literally no available parking spaces. Only valet parking left. We asked the valet guy if we could self park in the valet lot due to no available parking spots and he said we could only do so if we paid the valet fee. The food was horrible. No drink refills. This is one of our favorite restaurants.... and we will likely return bt try again to explicitly request to be seated in a quiet area.
We always have stopped in to Stone Creek when visiting town for Colts games and sadly this will be our last time at the restaurant. We have always had great meals and dining experiences but this visit our food and service were both just fair. What I can't look past is that we watched a busboy pick up a fork that fell onto the floor and lay it back onto the table...where people were dining.
Food good, wait staff excellent, hostess seemed to hate her life.
Fish and chips are good but the fish portion (which was one little piece) not enough.
