Ordered a sirloin (medium) and shrimp combo. Took a long time for the food to arrive. Once arrived my steak was very well done. Waiter agreed and sent back. Waited a long time again and it came back very rare! Again waiter agreed and offered to do again. By this time my husband was done with his meal and I had eaten my 3 shrimp and sweet potato fries. The service was very good. Very attentive staff. Food was fair, somewhat bland but the portions were generous making the food value good. This place is incredibly noisy. its difficult to carry on a normal conversation in this place. The food not being that great and the busy and noisy atmosphere made this first visit to Stone Creek our last.
I was there for my anniversary, l got put in the back and waitress took a long time to come and serve us and she barely checked on us. Bad experience
This was my first visit here, and we will not be back. The calamari and charcuterie board were very good, which gave us high hopes for the entrees. However, the risotto was under cooked to the point of being inedible, the lobster was cooked to the texture of a block of eraser, and the scallops were gritty.
The sirloin steak had so much gristle in it I could barely cut it, let alone chew it. The server offered to take it off the bill but I told her that wasn’t necessary and she just needed to tell someone who would care that the meat was inedible. She comped me on a desert which was a nice gesture.
Ordered Filet Mignonette, they brought sirloin. Manager didn’t even know the difference. Didn’t do anything about it. 80$. Wasted.
The food was slightly above average. Service was just adequate. The restaurant wasn’t very busy or full for a Friday night and they were very slow to bring water, bus surrounding tables, and ask for our drink order. It was also warm in the restaurant without any air flow. Overall experience wasn’t bad, but just okay and not somewhere I’d return to given all the better places out there.
