We had a group of 6, 2 of us ordered steaks neither was prepared as ordered. Considering that our bill was over $300, the waitress was barely average.
The only thing that would have made our dining experience better would not to have been seated so close to the visible open kitchen area. It was noisy and there was a lot of commotion. We were celebrating my husband‘s birthday and would’ve enjoyed a more quiet and romantic setting.
Celebrating our Anniversary. We entered @ 530PM with Reservations. Sat in a booth and immediately exposed to woot’s and woo’s from bar with a few football fans. Didn’t expect a “sports bar” atmosphere (Bad). Asked for Mgr. And we were moved away where there was less noise. (Good). My wife ordered a well done Steak - it came out “charcoal hard” (Bad). Menu and food is good...only problem is non of our food was served hot. I sent mine back (Ribs)...they weren't even lukewarm, along with the Parmesan Risotta side. It was dry and gummy and not hot.... The salmon was good, and so were the scallops which were ordered by others in the party..however, need to work on serving HOT food !! No excuse for cold food in a restaurant and is one of my pet peeves.... Will give them another try.....but right now they are on probation in my books.
Waitress seemed put out at times. Maybe had too many table??
Hostess is not nice. Very curt. Saw manager asking everyone how service was never stopped at our table was at the restaurant for over 90 mins so he had time. Made a reservation on opentable and they couldn’t find it. Server was great!
Disappointed in the food. First time neither of us enjoyed our meal.
In our party of 6 two of us ordered the daily special. It was a pasta dish with different types of seafood and an alfredo/bacon sauce. Mine looked good but the shrimp was overcooked and the sauce tasted like dishwater. The other person in my party ordered the same thing and it came out spicy. This was not a spicy dish. Worst old fashioned I have ever been served. Chicken over cooked and tasting of salmon skin. Bread Pudding was too dry and not good. Beautiful Restaurant. Wish the food was better.
