Food was cold. Waited for an hour for our meals. Forgot our salads and sides.
Could have been better. First visit...made reservation was seated in first section from door like a walking-in. Did not get a chance to experience the ambience given reservation. Food not tender vegetables hard. Nice restaurant just wish I could've experienced it a little better given the occasion with my future wife.
Disappointment I have already submitted a form regarding my experience via contact email. In a nutshell- Waited an hour and a half for food. Once food arrived it was not hot. We were told they were (out)of steak knives. My steak was (unedible). I asked for a salad because of the long wait on the food and was told (she wasn't for sure she could get my salad out before my food and walked off). bad night I've been to this restaurant many, many times. Normally, this is an extremely nice experience, but this was not their best night. We were seated at a table for two, upstairs, against a wall. It was really dark and we strained to see the menu. The servers (we had 2 with one in training), didn't notice us for quite a while. Worst time ever We went in without a reservation and was quoted a 35-minute wait. We stepped outside and got a reservation for 5 minutes later with OpenTable, we went back in, and we were seated immediately. Either they were lying about the real wait or they didn't want to seat us is my guess. We normally get great service here and are treated fabulously, but even at 8:15 they were trying to shuffle us through our meal. This easily made this our worst experience ever at Stone Creek.
Sub-par at best! Had it not been for our waitress attempting to get us through the overcooked curled up tiny shrimp cocktail, under quality & overcooked ribeye steak, rude lady that brought our appetizer out AND cheap $7.97 (I checked online) bottle of moscato they charged $7 for one-third of a glass for we would have probably left. Reservation Delay We had a reservation set for mother's day that was confirmed the day prior. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to our reservation and had to wait another 30+ minutes before we were seated. No one apologized for the delay. I completely get that this was a busy day for them but what good is a reservation if you still have to wait so long. Great spot for lunch but would be hesitant to depend on a reservation on busy days.
Over promise under deliver Went there on Mother's Day and the wait to get our food was extremely long. Took over an hour to get our food after we ordered. Then once the food got there it was cold and my food specifically was horrible. Steak tasted like it had been dipped and rolled in salt. The hash browns were charcoal black and my eggs were completely over cooked. I'm surprised they sent it out to the table.
