After we we seated on time, we waited 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Then after finally ordering and having coffee dropped off, we had to wait 5 minutes for our server to return so that we could ask for sweetener and a spoon. Then, when the food arrived, instead of the fillet, they brought a sirloin. It took another 10 minutes for the manager to come over and “verify” their mistake. I had a reservation for Friday night and had to wait 30 minutes for a table. They were seating people before us who did not have reservations.
We agreed to be seated in the bar area, that probably was our first mistake, especially since they looked slow, not very busy. We waited for 20 minutes, no one ever came. We watched the waiter cash out the table, 3 bus boys clean the table next to ours, 3 staff walk back and then left, staff just kept walking by. No one offered to help nor was water offered. I filed a complaint to them on their website, still waiting for a response.
We made a reservation and got seated quickly upon arrival on a Saturday night. Our server either did not know which tables were his or whatever server we were supposed to get never greeted us. We waited 10 minutes. The server asked us if we had been greeted which clearly we had not. He took our drink order (which took forever, not his fault) You could tell he was frazzled after learning we were his table and he just did not realize it. I placed a reservation and told them it was my 15 year wedding anniversary. They didn’t have the table ready and they put me at a crap table. They didn’t bring out the oil, git our order wrong and both soups were cold. Usually a great place but not during this special occasion and for over $100 for not so rich people like us. And they treated us like it. Oh well it is what it is. Food was still good.
We use to love going here, however it has taken a significant down turn. The server was terrible; we waited 10 minutes for water, 15 minutes for one drink from the bar and nearly 40 minutes for our entrees after salads were served. The waiter barely checked on us, as we watched her be attentive to her other 4-tops all around us.
