Worst Service Experience Ever I prescheduled my oil change, tire rotation and recall notice 2 weeks out via Stonebriar Chevrolet?s online portal and receive my appointment confirmation. I took my car in on Fri at my scheduled date/time. I was promptly informed by my service consultant (Dennis Napier) that they regularly do not receive the pre-scheduled appointments and I really needed to call to schedule an appointment if I wanted same day service.
