Waste of time Dont waste your time here... Went there twice on two different occasions, both times they try to get me to sign paperwork for trucks that they “cant find” , walked whole lot and nothing , both times got phone call next morning that it was in the body shop, somebody wrecked it on the parking lot ...

Don’t go here!!! Run the other way!!! I purchased a vehicle in October cash and still don’t have plates or title. How do you sale a vehicle that you have don’t have a title for to sale? The response I received was it happens all the time. I have filed a complaint against this dealership

STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! STAY AWAY from Stonebriar Chevrolet Service Department! The Service Director, Drew, is RACIST, and will treat customers of different ethnicities in a discriminatory manner, and the upper management supports Drew's behavior. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I just could not be more disappointed with this facility. I purchase my Tahoe a little more than 5 years ago and have consistently used the dealership for details, repairs and maintenance (more than 15k). Recently, I had the car in service for basic repairs and cleaning/detailing. After receiving the Tahoe back from the service department , I notice swirl pattern scratches all over hood and roof. They will lie and cheat beware They will lie and cheat beware. I purchased a new 2018 Silverado from stonebriar Chevrolet. When I purchased it elected to go with the extended warranty. I choose the additional 4 years 100,000 miles warranty. I repetadly asked the finance guy this means a total of 7 years the factory 3 plus additional 4) and he said yes absolutely. Buyer beware Bought a 2008 Toyota Tundra in 2014. Come to find out the truck had frame damage and I was never told that when I brought the truck the truck was total in April of this year my insurance ran the history and found out it had frame damage in 2012 I got half of what the truck was worth because of it. Would never advise anybody to buy a used car from this place

Use another dealership My truck did not come with a bed liner so I had it rolled into my financing and had to take my truck back up to the dealership to have the service done. I told my salesman that I wanted to use them so I could have the logo inlayed. After the service was complete the emblem was not there and I was told that only comes from the factory. Confused Drove 3 1/2 hours last Monday to purchase a used jeep. To make long story short, they offered way less than the fair market value on our trade in. They then came back and offered still short of the fair market value. Then my wife asked if there was any wiggle room on the jeep, we were told no....today (1 week later), cars.com is showing a $2,316.00 price drop on the jeep.... just 1 week ago we were told they couldn't come down on the jeep. Unreal
