Useless Extended Warranty First, I encourage each reader to look at all the reviews for Stonebriar's Service Dept. There are quite a few highly rated reviews, but almost all of the one star reviews are similar. You really should think twice before taking your vehicle to Stonebriar Chevrolet. My issue is simple. Terrible Used Car Buying Experience Absolute worst buying experience I've ever had. I would give zero stars if I could. Bought a 2 year old used car with 15,000 miles on it. They "couldn't find" the spare key so they said they would keep looking. It was never found and they charged me for a new one and acted like they were doing me a favor then. Don’t go here!!! Run the other way!!! I purchased a vehicle in October cash and still don’t have plates or title. How do you sale a vehicle that you have don’t have a title for to sale? The response I received was it happens all the time. I have filed a complaint against this dealership

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I just could not be more disappointed with this facility. I purchase my Tahoe a little more than 5 years ago and have consistently used the dealership for details, repairs and maintenance (more than 15k). Recently, I had the car in service for basic repairs and cleaning/detailing. After receiving the Tahoe back from the service department , I notice swirl pattern scratches all over hood and roof. They will lie and cheat beware They will lie and cheat beware. I purchased a new 2018 Silverado from stonebriar Chevrolet. When I purchased it elected to go with the extended warranty. I choose the additional 4 years 100,000 miles warranty. I repetadly asked the finance guy this means a total of 7 years the factory 3 plus additional 4) and he said yes absolutely.
