Worst Service Experience Ever I prescheduled my oil change, tire rotation and recall notice 2 weeks out via Stonebriar Chevrolet?s online portal and receive my appointment confirmation. I took my car in on Fri at my scheduled date/time. I was promptly informed by my service consultant (Dennis Napier) that they regularly do not receive the pre-scheduled appointments and I really needed to call to schedule an appointment if I wanted same day service. Delivery of Service or Quality? Thats the question I went to the dealership in Frisco. I am a valued customer who drove over an hour to get my vehicle serviced. I waited 20 minutes to be seen at the entrance of the dealership (where the car is parked on the tile by service reps) and NO ONE CAME TO MY CAR window to ask for service! Great Salesman: Johnny Becerra I bought a new suburban here back in November. Johnny Becerra was my salesman and he did a fantastic job. He is very professional and knowledgable. Johnny did everything in his power to make sure I was satisfied with my new vehicle. He even called 2 weeks after the purchase to check in and see how things were going.
