Delivery of Service or Quality? Thats the question I went to the dealership in Frisco. I am a valued customer who drove over an hour to get my vehicle serviced. I waited 20 minutes to be seen at the entrance of the dealership (where the car is parked on the tile by service reps) and NO ONE CAME TO MY CAR window to ask for service! Great Salesman: Johnny Becerra I bought a new suburban here back in November. Johnny Becerra was my salesman and he did a fantastic job. He is very professional and knowledgable. Johnny did everything in his power to make sure I was satisfied with my new vehicle. He even called 2 weeks after the purchase to check in and see how things were going. Great pricing, HORRIBLE SALES SERVICE! HORRIBLE SALES SERVICE!!!!! We were an out of state buyer (Kansas), who pre-negotiated the sales price (it was fair), we were a cash buyer, and were told that since all we had to do was test drive we could be in an out in an hour or less. We scheduled an appointment for 8:30 am at opening. We arrived on the lot (From KS- 5 1/2 hour drive) at 8:35 am and walked in at 8:40, I was upset that we were late. Worst purchasing and service experience! Had issues from day 1 on the purchase of my 2014 Silverado as well as my first service experience. I think the e-mail below to the Service Manager is self explanatory. An imagine, I never received a response nor a phone call back concerning this. Best Salesman I've Ever Worked With! I just purchased a Malibu from Rick Morgan at Stonebriar Chevrolet; the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Worst Experience in Car Buying EVER Do not buy a car from them they are dishonest and impossible to work with. We decided to purchase a pre-owned vehicle for them after test driving over night. We returned the vehicle to them the next day to sign papers and have it ready for delivery. When we went to pick up the driver's seat had been ripped and the base of the seat cracked. Worst Service Experience at a Dealership I took my Equinox in for service for a recall issued by GM. After making the appointment and telling the service manager the reason for my appointment, including the make/model/year. When I brought it in they could not find the recall number issued by GM, but offered to fix it for a fee. I left furious. Never buy from Stonebriar Chevy Frisco, TX Bought used 2010 Chevy Silverado with only 30K miles. GM Certified vehicle. Thought everything was in working order until pulled over. Speedometer was 4-5mph slower than actual because they put bigger tires on it to sell. They refused to recalibrate it unless I paid for it. Claimed I should have caught it sooner. Also claimed I could not prove anything and offered to diagonsis it for fee.
Camilion4 Beware they sold me a 2007 f150 that had no a/c we did not notice it at first because it was winter, but when the summer came so did the heat, They knew from the start it had no A/C and would not budge on working with use. So beware of action cars they have on the lot cheaper than normal price.
