I took my Tahoe in for an airbag recall. When I picked up my vehicle the next day, they fixed the airbag but also removed the washer heating module without my permission. Two months later my washer fluid is not working. I looked under the hood to find the work they did to remove the heating module. Do not buy a car here. No one knows what the other person is doing. I bought a 2013 Cadillac XTS. The night I bought it. It was pouring rain. So I didn't notice a broken mirror on the passenger side of the car. I also didn't notice that part of the head light was burnt out. I brought my 2015 Malibu in so they could diagnose my engine light. they quoted me 1500 to fix it. I declined because I found a place that can fix it a lot cheaper so I come back and pay the 169 diagnostics fee which I had no issue doing. When I get my car back the driver I notice seat doesn't go all the back like it used so now it's very difficult for me to sit in the driver seat so I can drive my car. Literally the worse experience I have ever experienced with any dealership. The manager is Brian and the first time I was service here went extremely well which made me trust this dealership for a second time it seemed like a no brainer. Run. Tldr, this dealership just wanted to ruin my credit score and get me assfucked on a high interest loan. Likely a slow day for them. This place needs negative a billion stars. I went to go look at a vehicle and drove an hour one way to get there. The salesman seemed kind enough over the phone. My service advisor Lenah is absolutely awesome, she is very knowledgeable, patient, makes you feel comfortable and she is very kind. However I dont trust anyone else from the Technician to Service Manager! To bring my wife's truck there 9/25, truck was fine before that recall visit, Stonebriar had the steering column apart a month before that in order to get all the parts needed for the recall repair, they stated then the truck was in great shape, with no issue needing attention. Well my first experience with Stonebriar Chevrolet was in February 2021 when I bought a used BMW from them... at the time, I thought the experience went rather well, even though my interest rate was at 13%, they said that was due to it being a 2013 vehicle, so I bought it, not knowing.
