The person I spoke with was friendly.
The person I spoke to was very pleasant and helped me as much as she could. She could not answer my question of why there was such a large increase in rent ($79 to $111 per month) as she did not have access to the information. I decided to end cancel my rental as it had gotten too expensive.
I haven't been in there for a while but I'll never forget the woman who helped me. She was helpful and fun to talk to & be around.
I have been renting at this location since 2015. It is a good place to store items and vehicles. Naomi is always polite and professional. Thank you!
I just wish you wouldn’t raise the rental rates so often!!! Also we used to have an option of letting you rent out our RV spaces when we were out of town for a couple of months. You got the money and it saved us some money. It was a REALLY nice customer service option.
